Raul Viescas jr. opened his vision to the insurance industry in 1984.  He quickly learned the benefits of helping his clients with insurance coverage they asked for but also for insurance coverage they didn’t know they needed.  That simple step of caring for his customers beyond the “quick sale” was the building block of Raul’s current thriving insurance business.

Raul is the founder and CEO of Home Insurance Agency, established in 1987. With over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Raul has dedicated his career to providing personalized and comprehensive insurance solutions for homeowners. Under his leadership, Home Insurance Agency has grown to become a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking reliable coverage tailored to their specific needs.

General Lines Agent

Lynette Najera began her journey with Home Insurance Agency in 2006 and has since risen through the ranks to become an integral part of the team. Starting from the ground up in personal lines insurance, Lynette's dedication and hard work propelled her to lead the Commercial Department with expertise and finesse.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-notch service, Lynette ensures that each client receives tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique business needs. Her extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, coupled with her commitment to staying abreast of the latest trends and regulations, makes her a trusted advisor to businesses of all sizes.  With a passion for delivering top-notch service, Lynette ensures that each client receives tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique business needs. Lynette is a graduate of Burges High School, in El Paso, TX.  She brings a wealth of experience in public-facing customer service, having honed her skills during her tenure at Blockbuster before joining Home Insurance Agency in 2006.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lynette is a devoted Dallas Cowboys football fan who can often be found cheering on her team during game days. She also has a love for orchids. When not immersed in the world of insurance, Lynette finds solace in listening to music, which serves as a source of inspiration and relaxation.

Outside of work, Lynette is a devoted mother of three amazing kids, balancing her professional responsibilities with the joys and challenges of parenthood. As a family-oriented individual, Lynette cherishes spending quality time with her children and supporting them in their endeavors.

Kelli Gonzalez

Receptionist

Kelli Gonzalez joined the Home Insurance Agency team in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise in customer service. As the agency's receptionist, Kelli's warm demeanor and genuine care make her the welcoming face of the organization, ensuring that every client interaction is met with professionalism and kindness.

Hailing from El Paso, Kelli has a deep appreciation for her community's close-knit feeling, finding comfort and belonging in its welcoming embrace. She takes pride in representing her hometown and fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of her role at the agency, Kelli finds solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. She has a passion for reading, watching movies, and listening to Christian music, finding inspiration and relaxation in the power of storytelling and melody. Her love for animals, particularly dogs and cats, reflects her nurturing and compassionate nature.

As a Seattle Seahawks football fan, Kelli eagerly supports her favorite team during game days, immersing herself in the excitement and camaraderie of sports culture.

In her leisure time, Kelli enjoys indulging in her love for flowers, finding beauty and joy in daisies, tulips, roses, and carnations. She also has a fondness for Starbucks mocha Frappuccino, especially when complemented with a slice of strawberry shortcake, a delightful indulgence that satisfies her sweet tooth.

Kelli lives for each holiday, reveling in the festive atmosphere and the opportunity to create lasting memories with loved ones. She particularly enjoys the scents of lavender, rosemary, and sage, finding comfort and tranquility in their soothing aromas.

Melissa Salcido

Processor

Melissa Salcido embarked on her journey with Home Insurance Agency in 2022, just a few months after graduating from Jefferson High School. Armed with her quick wit and impressive computer skills, Melissa quickly became an integral part of the team.

Currently balancing her professional responsibilities with her pursuit of higher education, Melissa is attending the University of Texas at El Paso, where she is further honing her skills and knowledge in her chosen field.

With a penchant for indulging in the finer things in life, Melissa finds joy in savoring a Starbucks Caramel Macchiato paired with a perfectly glazed donut, a delightful combination that never fails to satisfy her cravings.

As someone who cherishes the holiday season, Melissa eagerly anticipates Christmas time, reveling in the festive atmosphere and the comforting scents of pumpkin and vanilla that fill the air. She finds solace and joy in the traditions and warmth of the season.

When it comes to dining out, Melissa's favorite restaurant is Famous Dave’s, where she enjoys indulging in savory barbecue dishes followed by a delectable dessert of chocolate cake or tres leches cake, satisfying her sweet tooth with each decadent bite.

As our Chief Happiness Officer, Wagner's main goal is to spread joy and positivity to everyone she meets. Whether she's greeting clients with a warm smile or brightening up the office with her infectious laughter, Wagner's presence is truly uplifting.

Wagner enjoys spending time with her family, playing with friends, and dreaming about the day when she'll become the CEO of Home Insurance Agency. With her ambition and passion for leadership, we have no doubt that Wagner will achieve great things in the future.
